ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Strata Manager or Senior Strata Manager.
- Solid knowledge of strata legislation and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- The ability to manage a portfolio independently.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- A proactive and qualified approach to client service.
- A current strata management licence appropriate to the role.
