Gold Coast Disability and Youth is seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide specialised care to youth NDIS participants in Toowoomba. You will implement PBSPs, support emotional regulation, and enable participation in community activities, daily living tasks, and schooling routines with trauma-informed care.

You will work closely with Case Managers, maintain detailed shift notes and incident reports, and ensure consistent, respectful support aligned with SCHADS standards and safety
