Endeavour Group is seeking a Program Manager for a fixed-term 18-month contract to lead the establishment and end-to-end delivery of a high-impact portfolio across the group, including store and support optimisation initiatives. Reporting to the Specialty and Support Head of Optimisation Retail & Support, you will drive opportunities, manage programs, and deliver perks.

The role requires experience establishing transformation programs, strong delivery using Agile/Waterfall, and PM
