RACV Cape Schanck Resort is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team on a casual basis. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you’ll deliver high-quality dining experiences across our outlets, events and conferencing operations in a stunning coastal location.
You’ll prepare and cook across service styles, own your station during service, and support stock control, hygiene and safety while training junior chefs and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
