Mercy Place Shepparton is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to develop and deliver resident‑focused lifestyle programs, supporting independence and dignity in a 96-bed aged care setting.
You will promote a resident‑centred approach, create a positive environment, and work with a supportive team to enhance resident wellbeing. A minimum of 12 months aged care experience is desirable, with required checks and vaccination status. This role is part time, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
