About the Role

This is a hands‑on generalist role with a strong operational focus. You'll provide advice across the employee lifecycle, manage employee relations matters, coordinate HR processes and contribute to learning and development initiatives.

- Providing HR advice and support to leaders and employees
- Managing employee relations and case management matters
- Reviewing flexible working requests, contract variations and other employment matters
- Delivering workforce reporting, analytics and HR insights
- Supporting HR systems, data integrity and process improvements
- Coordinating and facilitating learning and development programs
- Assisting with recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives

Employee relations matters are generally low volume, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes through a fair, consultative and supportive approach.

About You:





You'll bring:

- Previous experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor
- Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR processes
- Experience managing employee relations matters and case management
- Confidence working with HR systems, reporting and workforce data
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things done
- Experience with Employment Hero is an advantage
