$33 - $40/hr (Subject to skills and experience).

We are searching for an experienced bookkeeper to work in house at our Pakenham office. Part-time & flexible hours available.

This key team member will report to and work alongside the director & office team whilst managing the accounts payable & receivable, company ATO compliance, debtor management, payroll and assistance with cash/finance planning & administrative tasks. The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:

Effective weekly management of the accounts payable & receivable.

Ensure up to date reconciliation, invoice entry & coding of accounting software (Xero).

Processing payroll & managing employee records.

Preparation of company BAS & IAS as required.

Ensuring all invoices and progress claims are issued and accurate.





Assistance with general administration tasks.

Assistance with cash flow forecasting and financial management.
