Key Responsibilities

- Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, front-line, customer service, scheduling, and inventory intake .
- Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing training, development, and mentor-ship for team members .
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging environment on the sales floor for both team members and customers .




- Communicate and implement action plans for store projects, target sales goals, company initiatives, and operational changes .
- Execute loss prevention and operational programs to improve store efficiency, layout, and minimize loss .

What We Are Looking

- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager .
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large retail team .
- Proficient in overall store operations, merchandising, people management, customer service, and health and safety .
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong follow-through capabilities .
- Flexible availability across trading hours to support store operational needs .
