Cicerello's Fremantleare looking for an energetic, hands-on and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-volume restaurant.

What You'll Be Doing

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and our team. You will lead from the front, maintain high standards and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently and profitably.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Leading, supervising and motivating a large, diverse team across all areas of the restaurant.
- Training, mentoring and developing employees to build a confident, capable and engaged workforce.
- Managing staff performance, setting clear expectations and creating a positive team culture.
- Coordinating staff rosters, monitoring labour costs
- Overseeing stock management, including usage monitoring, wastage control, ordering, and regular stocktakes.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and confidently handling customer feedback or complaints.
- Ensuring food safety, workplace health and safety,



cleanliness and operational procedures are consistently maintained.
- Working closely with all teams, supervisors and senior management to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely loves hospitality and understands that a great restaurant is built on great people, strong leadership and memorable guest experiences.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
- Experience managing a busy restaurant with high customer volumes.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a large, diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of stock control, ordering, stocktakes and cost management.
- Experience with staff training, development, rostering and performance management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to stay calm, think on your feet and make confident decisions under pressure.
- A hands-on approach and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating a positive workplace.
- The ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and management.
