Carpentaria is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Worker to provide secure, trauma-informed support to young people aged 12–18 in residential care settings. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to foster emotional wellbeing, resilience and life skills, while ensuring a structured, nurturing home environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or the ability to obtain) and have experience in youth services.
