Remote Customer Service & Call Centre Support Staff - Australia Wide

Prime Medicos is seeking reliable, friendly, and motivated individuals to join our remote team in a customer service and call centre support role.

This work-from-home opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and basic computer knowledge. You will assist customers over the phone, manage enquiries, coordinate bookings, and provide general administrative support remotely.

Previous call centre or administration experience is an advantage but is not essential, as training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Make follow‑up calls and assist with customer requests.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and enquiries.
- Enter and update information accurately in computer systems.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.




- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems.
- Reliable internet connection.
- A quiet and suitable workspace at home.
- Access to a computer or laptop and a headset.
- Valuable organisational skills, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience: Customer service, reception, administration, or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.
