We are seeking Enrolled Nurses Level 2 who value meaningful relationships with residents and want to build a lasting career in aged care. Work collaboratively with residents, families and the care team to support each resident's choices, dignity and independence. Practise within your registration, competence and authorised scope, with appropriate Registered Nurse supervision and delegation.
Key responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, individualised nursing care and contribute to resident care planning
Observe and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing, escalating concerns promptly
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to safe practice and continuous improvement
About you
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse,
with qualifications and experience appropriate to the Level 2 classification
Clear communication, sound clinical observation and a team-oriented approach to care
Experience in residential aged care is desirable
A commitment to respectful, person-centred care is essential
Structured orientation, mentoring and regular check-ins as you settle into your role
Roster flexibility with opportunities to discuss preferred shifts and working hours, with predictable rosters
Registered Nurse supervision and guidance, approachable Line Managers and clear escalation pathways
Paid learning opportunities in areas such as dementia care, wound management and palliative care, with EN-to-RN study support options
Retention Bonus of up to $4,500 based on employment milestones and subject to retention policy
