Ampstek is seeking an experienced QA/Testing lead to drive test strategy and governance for HR & Payroll implementations (Dayforce/Workday). You will manage SIT, UAT, E2E, and payroll testing, and coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure release readiness.

Robust communication and stakeholder management are essential. Ideal candidates have hands-on QA leadership, familiarity with payroll systems, and experience using ALM/JIRA/Azure DevOps to report quality metrics and
