Care Management System is seeking a male support worker to provide ongoing social and community access assistance for a client in Zillmere. Immediate start available and shifts cover several afternoons and mornings as listed.

The role focuses on social engagement, community access, and client support in a living or day program setting. Training is provided as needed, with a flexible part time schedule to fit the client’s needs.
