The City of Whitehorse is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to deliver qualified IT support with a customer-focused approach. You will support desktop, mobile and application services and resolve incidents to maintain service levels.

Based at our Civic Centre in Nunawading, you will work with an IT team dedicated to improving end-user computing and service delivery for a diverse community.
