UGL are seeking an experienced and proactive People & Culture Business Partner to support a national portfolio of Operations & Maintenance Defence contracts across Australia. Based in either Brisbane or Melbourne, Reporting to the P&C; Lead, this role partners with Contract Managers and operational leaders to deliver both strategic and operational people solutions across a geographically dispersed workforce.
Regular travel to operational sites across Australia will be required.
