Uphotic is building a carefully selected Executive Coach network for 2027. We are looking for professionally trained and accredited coaches who combine strong coaching capability with meaningful leadership and organisational experience. You understand leadership from having worked in complex, high-performing and dynamic environments, and can coach without defaulting to advice.

The work may include coaching emerging and senior leaders; executive coaching; leadership and career transitions; leadership effectiveness, confidence, presence and influence; decision-making; stakeholder and team leadership; sustainable performance; and development informed by 360s, assessments or organisational insight. Engagements may also draw on Momentum™, Leadership Lens™ and other Uphotic leadership programs.

Assignments are matched to your coaching experience, accreditation,



leadership background, client fit and availability.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Formal coach training and recognised accreditation, such as ICF ACC, PCC or equivalent.
- A demonstrated coaching track record, including experience coaching executives and senior leaders.
- Meaningful executive, senior leadership or organisational experience in complex, high-performing and agile environments.
- Strong commercial and organisational judgement, the ability to challenge with care, and the ability to build trust.
- High emotional intelligence, interpersonal awareness, ethical practice, confidentiality and professionalism.
