Reporting to the AUS Smash Repairs Manager, you'll play an integral role in repairing a wide range of vehicles and components to the highest standard. This is a hands-on position offering excellent working hours, a market-competitive salary, and the opportunity to work with a professional and experienced team.

This position will be responsible for;

- Strip and reassemble vehicles and components
- Repair vehicles to a high quality finish
- Operate car alignment systems
- Carry out quality control inspections
- Assist with the procurement of panel shop materials




- Assist with estimating and costing jobs
- Mentor, supervisor and train apprentices

You will also need to possess the following:

- Experience in using car alignment systems
- Experienced in all welding techniques
- Unrestricted manual drivers' licence (HR licence preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in panel beating, be eager to learn and enjoy working in a team environment. This role will require a pre-employment medical to include a drug and alcohol test.
