Estia Health is seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our Melbourne West network of homes. You will partner with home leaders, manage a portfolio of sites, and drive implementation of our recruitment strategy while ensuring compliant processes.

You will handle posting ads, proactive sourcing, phone screens, shortlisting, interview scheduling, checks, offers, and contracts, and participate in recruitment events.
