Redox is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join the head office in Minto, South-West Sydney. You will support internal users across desktops, laptops, printers, and software suites, working within a Windows Active Directory environment with the latest Microsoft technologies.

Role includes on-site and work from home after probation, with opportunities to participate in hardware/software upgrades and cross-site projects. Strong customer service and IT fundamentals are essential.
