You will translate insights and hypotheses into high-converting design variants to grow conversions for candidates and customers, working within a remote-first, AI-forward product setting.

You will leverage an AI-first workflow, develop scalable web patterns, and collaborate with developers and marketing to ensure on-brand, accessible experiences across desktop and mobile.
