SmartTech Australia is seeking a Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join our Campbellfield, VIC team. You will coordinate field technicians, assess job requirements, and liaise with clients from construction, mining, and waste sectors across Australia.

You will schedule resources, monitor progress, and support the sales and service teams with documentation, reporting, and general administration. A customer-focused, organised approach and solid MS Office skills are essential.
