Bupa Australia is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join the Health Services team in Sydney or Melbourne on a 6 Month FTC. The role focuses on translating program and project changes into clear impacts, working in a complex, regulated workplace with multiple stakeholders.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project management, business analysis, ICT, clinical and operational staff, bringing structure, empathy and clarity to change initiatives.
