With a rent roll of over 3,000 properties, dedicated Leasing and Field Services teams, and strong leadership in place, this is an excellent chance to join a business that genuinely values its Property Managers and provides the resources needed to succeed.

The Opportunity

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 properties.
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with no weekends.
- Enjoy a predominantly office-based role with minimal time required out of the office.
- Manage tenant and rental provider relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals and compliance.
- Manage arrears, tenancy matters and attend VCAT hearings as required.
- Work alongside dedicated Leasing and Field Services teams.
- Receive ongoing support from an experienced Head of Department and Team Leader.
- Work within a large, established business with a rent roll of over 4,000 properties.
- Modern office facilities featuring a full-time barista, complimentary coffee and an onsite gym with showers.
- Regular team lunches, celebrations and recognition awards.
- Utilise established systems including PropertyTree, IRE and Bricks & Agents.
- Up to $85K + super + commission, depending on experience, with additional earning potential through leasing and lease renewals.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and delivering a high standard of service. This role would suit an experienced Property Manager seeking a supportive team, established systems and genuine long‑term career opportunities.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous residential Property Management experience, ideally managing an end‑to‑end portfolio.
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience preferred, although less experienced candidates with strong potential will be considered.
- A current Victorian Certificate of Registration or relevant real estate qualification.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, compliance and VCAT matters.
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and a genuine interest in building a long‑term career.
- A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
