You will take ownership of an established residential portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with the autonomy to manage your responsibilities and the support of an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

- Manage an established residential property portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct routine property inspections and prepare entry and exit condition reports.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor services.
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.
- Resolve enquiries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation.

About You

- Proven residential property management experience, preferably at a senior level.
- Sound knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive,



solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.
- Current Queensland real estate registration or appropriate licence and a driver's licence.
