Xplor Technologies is hiring an SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across the APAC region, with initial focus on Australia. You will build a high-performing team, drive predictable pipeline for the Account Executive organisation, and partner with Recruiting to hire and ramp recent SDRs.
You will own outbound strategy, coach a distributed team, analyse KPI data, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to improve lead quality and forecasting.
