- Lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite transformation projects from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Partner with client stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver business value.
- Drive project governance, providing regular updates to sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional, onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor project financials,



including forecasting, budget management, resource utilisation, and commercial performance.
- Support project teams in delivering key implementation activities including workshops, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and go-live readiness.
- Establish and track value realisation measures to ensure clients achieve measurable advantages from their Oracle investment.
- Contribute to pre-sales and business development activities through solution planning, estimation, resource planning, and delivery strategy.
