RSM Australia is seeking a Financial Controller for a parental leave cover, overseeing Group Finance operations, including finance accounting and FP&A;, reporting to the Director of Group Finance. You will lead the Workday Finance module, drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, and partner with senior leaders to enable informed decision-making.

You will mentor and develop the finance team, manage treasury, tax and regulatory reporting, and support the Director of Group
