About the Opportunity

Xenco is expanding its network of experienced project professionals to support a range of mining projects across Australia.

We are seeking Project Engineers and Senior Project Managers with backgrounds in mining infrastructure, operational readiness, fixed plant and project delivery. Working as part of Xenco’s consulting team, you will bring your technical expertise and practical project experience to support clients through key project stages, from planning and readiness through to execution and delivery.

Opportunities are available across multiple projects, with scopes suited to both mid-to-senior-level engineers and experienced project management professionals.

Key Areas of Expertise

- Project engineering and mining infrastructure delivery
- Operational readiness and contractor mobilisation
- Mechanical engineering and fixed plant projects
- Crushing plant and processing infrastructure
- Project planning, scheduling, budgets and reporting




- Contractor management, procurement and construction coordination
- Project execution, risk management and quality assurance

About You

- Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Structural, Civil or a related engineering discipline, depending on the role.
- Proven experience in project engineering or project management within mining, resources or heavy industry.
- Experience coordinating contractors, managing project deliverables and supporting safe, efficient project execution.
- Robust planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and deliver results in demanding environments.
- Experience in operational readiness, underground hard-rock mining or fixed plant and crushing systems will be highly regarded, depending on the opportunity.
