At Azure Specialists Home Care Services, we’re not your typical home care provider. We’re geriatrician-led, which means our care is designed and guided by specialists in older people’s health. Our team is backed by clinical expertise every step of the way.

We’re growing, and we’re hiring Casual Aged Care Workers (ACWs) and Casual Registered Nurses (RNs) to help older Australians live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Aged Care Workers: what you’ll do

- Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Social support, outings and community access
- Transport to appointments and shopping
- Noticing changes in clients and reporting to our care team

Registered Nurses: what you’ll do

- Clinical assessments
- Wound care, medication management and chronic disease support
- Monitoring clinical changes and escalating appropriately

What you’ll need (all roles)

- Full working rights in Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Manual Handling training
- Valid driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured, registered vehicle

Plus, for ACWs:

- Cert III/IV in Individual Support, Ageing or Home & Community Care (or equivalent)

Plus, for RNs:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions)

Bonus points for

- Home care, community or Support at Home experience
- Dementia or wound care experience
- Speaking a second language (we support a culturally diverse community)
