About the role

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities include:

Assisting the Service Manager with maintaining an efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction

Provide prompt, dependable and high-quality service to customers

Allocate and review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness

In conjunction with the Parts Manager, ensure a smooth flow of parts to Service Technicians during jobs.

The Ideal Candidate

Has Automotive industry knowledge/experience

The ability to communicate effectively and provide a high quality of customer service

A strong work ethic and to lead by example

Robust communication & interpersonal skills.
