Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is hiring a casual team member for our Coonabarabran area. You’ll work in the community, supporting individuals with daily living, recreation, and personal care. Availability outside 9-3 and residence within travel distance to Coonabarabran are essential.

The role involves assisting with shopping, activities, transport and in-home support, with a focus on promoting independence and safety in real-world settings. Immediate start is available.
