About the role

As a key member of our Darwin Branch, this is a fast-paced environment within the Electrical industry, delivering exceptional customer service and sales support over the counter.

This role will also be supporting the stores and customer deliveries. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with comprehensive training and hands‑on experience.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering outstanding customer service and solutions that inspire and satisfy our customers
- Managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects efficiently
- Building strong relationships with suppliers to maintain competitive margins
- Responding promptly to customer queries and making follow‑up calls
- Assisting with store work and product delivery, enhancing your product knowledge and customer engagement




- Supporting the Stores and deliveries to customers

What we’re looking for

- Experience in Retail or Wholesale industries preferred
- Electrical product knowledge is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training
- Must have full working rights in Australia - we are not able to sponsor
- NT Driver’s Licence is a must
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- Positive, motivated, and passionate about building strong customer relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively with the team
