Heng & Hurst in Melbourne is creating an ANZ Compliance Lead role to elevate the function and partner with the broader ANZ business. You will build the compliance architecture, drive accountability, and shape the culture around integrity and ethical conduct.

Reporting to the GM with a dotted line to the HR Director, you will engage senior leaders, influence cross-functional teams, and advise on industry codes and interactions with HCPs, government and patient groups.
