Australian Meat Group is seeking an Information Technology support officer to administer and support the daily operations of the company. This permanent full -time position comes with opportunities for growth and development for an aspiring candidate who is interested in varied and challenging role in a manufacturing setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- General Information and Communication Technology support
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues over the phone and in person
- Resolving hardware issues with workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, network equipment, and mobile devices
- Perform the provision and installation of IT equipment
- Other projects and duties as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:





- Experience with managing Active Directory, GPO’s etc.
- Experience with system integration and automation equipment such as robotic stackers etc.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems
- Experience with barcoding equipment.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, devices, and related technologies
- Understanding of general networking (routers, switches, wireless)
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical issues into simple terminology that everyday users can understand
