ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Kin Connector & Family Support Specialist to identify kin placement pathways for children and young people in the child safety OOHC system, with the aim of reunifying families in safe, thriving circumstances.

You will engage families, assess carers, prepare transition plans, deliver case-managed services, and document thoroughly, always prioritising culturally protected practice and collaboration with the broader ATSICHS team.
