Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive growth, partnerships and recent revenue streams beyond traditional membership and accreditation fees. You’ll own opportunities from initial conversations through to delivery.

You will build strong pipelines across corporate, government, health and sport sectors, lead negotiations and collaborate across ESSA to turn ideas into revenue, with hybrid working and a January 2027 start.
