The Role
As a Senior Medico-legal OT with Axiom, you'll provide expert functional capacity assessments and craft comprehensive reports that stand up to the highest scrutiny. Your work will directly support and advise NDIA decision-makers and ART proceedings, making you a vital and influential voice in resolving NDIS matters in dispute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments across diverse clinical presentations
- Prepare detailed expert witness reports that meet court and tribunal standards
- Present professional opinions confidently in ART proceedings
- Maintain exemplary standards within legislative and regulatory frameworks
What You'll Bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 7+ years of diverse clinical experience across multiple settings and conditions
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Current National Police Check & Working with Children Check
- ABN holder status with proven business acumen
