Guidepost Montessori in Sydney is seeking a Lead Children’s House Guide to lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a nurturing Montessori environment. You’ll support concentration, independence, and deep learning through observation and individualized lessons.
You’ll build solid relationships with children and families, collaborate with parents, and guide the classroom with warmth, professionalism, and purpose. A Montessori diploma and 3–6 experience are preferred.
