Mind Australia is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the Complex Care program in Sunshine, Melbourne. This permanent part time role offers 30 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating roster with sleepover shifts.

You will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented supports to adults with psychosocial disability, helping them achieve wellbeing and independent living while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and external services.
