Arcare is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead a dedicated care unit, oversee clinical care, and support staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents. You will supervise nurses and care staff, develop care plans, manage medications, and maintain solid family communications.

Applicants must be a registered nurse with AHPRA, have 3+ years in aged care, and demonstrate leadership and knowledge of accreditation standards.
