The Cranford Club is looking for a qualified Level 2 Swim Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. Whether you're inspiring a child to swim independently for the first time or helping an adult develop their technique, you'll play a key role in helping people feel better and get more out of life.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering engaging, safe and enjoyable swimming lessons to children and adults.
- Supporting swimmers of all abilities to develop confidence and achieve their goals.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensuring lessons are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
- Helping maintain the high standards of our swim programme.

What we're looking for





- A Level 2 ASA/Swim England or STA Swimming Teacher qualification.
- Experience delivering swimming lessons to a range of age groups and abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic and qualified approach.
- A genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
