DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader for the New Zealand market, owning day-to-day activities, campaigns and rider/driver analytics with rapid feedback loops.

You'll collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing and Finance teams, translating market needs into transparent requirements and driving projects end-to-end.

AI-enabled tooling is embedded in the operating model, so a small team can move faster and deliver meaningful results week over week, with high ownership and accountability.
