Downer is seeking a Commercial Manager for Health and Education PPP contracts in Australia. The role focuses on embedding robust contractual discipline, managing risk, and delivering high-quality outcomes across allocated contracts.

The position is a 12+ month contract commencing January 2027, reporting to the Head of Commercial. You will lead commercial and contractual matters, partner with operational leaders to resolve issues, drive risk management, and oversee negotiations and governance
