The role focuses on bed capacity, patient flow, and delivering service improvements across the division, with regular engagement in strategic and annual planning alongside senior medical staff.

You will liaise with partner organisations and ICBs, contribute to governance and risk management, and provide cross-coverage as needed to ensure smooth division
