The Role...

As the Facility Manager, you will provide strong leadership and oversight across all aspects of clinical care and service delivery within the residence. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting all staff involved in the delivery of resident care
- Overseeing and coordinating all clinical operations within the facility
- Driving continuous improvement in clinical care and service outcomes
- Monitoring and mitigating clinical risk while promoting a culture of quality and safety
- Supporting staff performance, development,



and engagement
- Ensuring compliance with best practice and the aged care standards, organisational policies, and legislative requirements
- Managing and resolving complaints effectively and professionally

About you....

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and confident leader with a solid background in aged care.

You will bring:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
- A hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on resident outcomes and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the ageing process and clinical care requirements
- Strong IT and documentation skills
- Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or business management (highly regarded)
