The Better Health Network Community Health Nursing team at Launch Housing Southbank Crisis Accommodation in Melbourne is hiring a Registered Nurse (sole) for a fixed-term role. This position supports people experiencing homelessness through nurse-led primary healthcare, harm reduction, and person-centred care.

You will work with another BHN nurse and Launch Housing staff to provide comprehensive assessments, immunisation, wound care, chronic disease support, and in office health emergency response
