Liberty Industrial is seeking a Rostering Coordinator for the NDIS and Aged Care team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is work-from-home with 9:00am–2:00pm shifts, totaling 15 hours per week.

You will coordinate staff and participant rosters, ensuring coverage and explicit, timely communication of changes. The ideal candidate is highly organised, comfortable communicating with participants, support workers and management, and able to make quick decisions when rostering changes occur.
