Neara is building an AI-powered platform for utilities, delivering engineering-grade digital twins and scalable AI features. As an early AI Product Engineer, you will ship LLM and agentic capabilities that utilities rely on to make critical infrastructure decisions.

You will influence how we build with AI, set guardrails, and ensure defensible outputs grounded in real data. You will work with product, design, and customer-facing teams to iterate on what to build, while maintaining solid safety
