Futurebuild Group T/as Manor Group and Aruva Modular is seeking a Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a solution-focused qualified who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great outcomes for clients.

About the Role

As our Site Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our clients, site teams, and trades. You'll oversee the coordination and scheduling of site activities to ensure each project runs efficiently from delivery to installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and coordinating trade contractors for site works

Liaising with clients to provide updates and ensure smooth communication under the contract and throughout the build

Calculating site quantities and preparing site trade notes & job files

Providing coordination and support for the site supervisors

Preparing feedback and job progress reports

Organising and booking pier installations and related site preparation





Supporting the delivery and installation of manufactured homes on client sites

Managing after-sales service and building maintenance coordination

About You

You're a proactive, organised person who can balance multiple priorities with ease. You communicate clearly and confidently, always looking for practical solutions when challenges arise.

You'll bring:

A background in the building or construction trades (preferred)

A minimum of 5+ years of construction/building trades experience is required.

Project coordination experience within the construction industry is essential.

Excellent communication and client liaison skills

Solid organisational, record keeping and scheduling ability

A solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Confidence working with multiple stakeholders (clients, trades, suppliers)
